At Enya Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our smart instruments and accessories. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your instrument in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a safe transit back to our facility.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
